Log into your Smarpix account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
